必须录入地点和标准工序.用户相关的生产地点是默认提示的. 根据授权,可用将它更改为操作员者有权限的其它地点.选中的地点设定了所定义的工序的工作中心的条件.这些工作中心必须存在于一个相关的地点中.地点是识别要素:可用在两个不同的地点定义相同的标准工序.

The work center group is a physical or fictitious entity that regroups several work centers of machine, labor or sub-contracting type.

A work center type can be: ? machine ? labor ? sub-contracting. The work centers of the "sub-contracting" type are used to manage the operations carried out externally by sub-contracting suppliers.

The work center is attached to a work center group. It corresponds to a production resource on which a routing operation will be carried out. • 工作中心:速度应用于将在工作中心执行的所有的工艺路线的工序.
• 工艺路线工序:速度只应用于适当的工序.

如果录入了两个系数,会将它们累计.可以按照下列方法修正计算的工序时间:工作中心效率 *工序效率 *时间.

Rough Cut Capacity Planning in the translation of the French abbreviation "PGC" (for "Planification Globale des Capacités"). This flag characterizes the work centers. If the RCCP flag for the work center is set to the value YES, the operation is identified as being critical during production. This flagging is particularly significant when it comes to generating macro-routings.
