Source flr
| Use this field to define the folder from which the record will be copied. The possible syntaxes are described in the Dedicated appendix. |

| Use this field to define the folder to which the record will be copied. The possible syntaxes are described in the Dedicated appendix. |
Grid Source legislation
| This field displays the legislation code for the country, for example FRAfor French legislation. This code is attached to a company and assigns predetermined rules and parameters necessary to fulfill country-specific legal requirements. It can include calculation rules, legal reports, legal declarations, tax management, and so on. Legislations are defined in Miscellaneous table 909. General parameters can also be defined at the legislation level. |

Grid Destination legislation

Grid Conditional copy
| The copy option is associated with the copy type in the case of a conditional copy. You can decide which data from several table subgroups are copied from the source folder to the destination folder. |

Copy option
| If you select this check box, records with empty legislations (no legislation defined) are copied to the destination folder. If you do not select this check box, the records of the original legislations are copied if they do not exist in the destination folder. |

The legislations that should be transferred are also selected, as well as the option that takes the empty legislations into account.
