Actions that can be called by the Workflow 

Use the Workflow system to call actions during the launch of the Workflow itself or later during the signature process. These actions, defined in the corresponding dictionary can be standard or specific. They must be checked Workflow. This implies that they cannot interact with the user: the Template field can only take the value Miscellaneous processes for these actions.

List of standard actions

A series of standard actions is provided. These actions are the following:

ACRELNK

Creation of a link in the link explorer

ASUPLNK

Delete of a link in the link explorer

AWRKUPDFLD

Update of one to four fields in the current record of a table (with transaction management)

AWRKUPDOBJ

Update of one to four fields in the current record of an object (with object lock management)

SIGWRK

Automatic signature of a Workflow event (launching the associated actions).


These actions are Supervisor actions, that is to say that they are generic and are not related to any specific module. Other actions linked to functional modules are also available.
