ENG-Update of BI budgets
This function is used to populate the Amounts fields (committed, pre-committed & actual) as well as the Quantities (committed, pre-committed & actual) for all the analytical budgets, from a reading of the analytical balances, commitments and quantities on a given period.
These amounts and quantities can thus be used in Business Intelligence reports associated with the budgets.
