This function is used to copy the elements of the payroll plan from a folder to another.

Screen management

The "Total copy" option deletes from the destination folder all the files described in "Tables used". For the parameter file, only the parameters defined at folder level in the "PLA" chapter are deleted.

The Deletion check box deletes the headings included in the range of the RUBRIQUE and CALRUB files (List of headings to be calculated by employee profile).

The heading is not copied if a heading with the same sequence exists in the destination folder.

Fields

The following fields are present on this tab :

Folders

  • Source flr (field SRC)

Use this field to define the folder from which the record will be copied. The possible syntaxes are described in the Dedicated appendix.

  • Destination folder (field DES)

Use this field to define the folder to which the record will be copied. The possible syntaxes are described in the Dedicated appendix.

General

  • Total copy (field CPL)

The total copy is used to copy the headings, the payroll variables, the totals, the exemption codes, the grids, the folder values, the payroll journal setups, the charge declaration setup, the adjustment, the parameter values of the PLA chapter. These elements are beforehand deleted in the destination folder. If an activity code is entered for the total copy, only the elements subject to this activity code and not subject to another activity code are deleted.

  • All legislations (field ALLLEG)

 

 

If an activity code is specified, only the elements subject to this activity code are copied. In the case of total copy and heading deletion, the elements both subject and not subject to this activity code are deleted from the destination folder.

Payroll plan

  • Headings (field RUB)

The copy applies to headings whose code is included in the heading ranges. If an activity code is entered, only the headings subject to this activity code are copied.

If the heading exists in the destination folder, it is overwritten, except if it has an activity code, and this activity code is different from the activity code specified.

  • Variables (field VRA)
  • Totals (field CUM)

The copy applies to totals whose code is included in the total ranges. If an activity code is entered, only the totals subject to this activity code are copied.

If the total exists in the destination folder, it is overwritten, except if it has an activity code, and this activity code is different from the activity code specified.

  • Exemptions (field EXO)

The copy applies to exemptions whose code is included in the exemption code ranges. If an activity code is entered, only the exemption codes subject to this activity code are copied.

If the exemption code exists in the destination folder, it is overwritten, except if it has an activity code, and this activity code is different from the activity code specified.

  • Grids (field GRI)

The copy applies to the grids whose code is included in the grid code ranges. If the grid code exists in the destination folder, it is overwritten.

  • Legislation values (field VLA)

The copy applies to the variables values of folder level whose date is included in the date ranges. If the folder value exists at the same date in the destination folder, it is overwritten.
If the folder variable does not exist, nothing is copied.

Criteria

  • From (field RDEB)

  • To (field RFIN)

The copy applies to headings whose code is included in the heading ranges. If an activity code is entered, only the headings subject to this activity code are copied.

If the heading exists in the destination folder, it is overwritten, except if it has an activity code, and this activity code is different from the activity code specified.

  • From (field VDEB)
  • To (field VFIN)

 

  • From (field CDEB)

The copy applies to totals whose code is included in the total ranges. If an activity code is entered, only the totals subject to this activity code are copied.

If the total exists in the destination folder, it is overwritten, except if it has an activity code, and this activity code is different from the activity code specified.

  • To (field CFIN)

 

  • From (field EDEB)

The copy applies to exemptions whose code is included in the exemption code ranges. If an activity code is entered, only the exemption codes subject to this activity code are copied.

If the exemption code exists in the destination folder, it is overwritten, except if it has an activity code, and this activity code is different from the activity code specified.

  • To (field EFIN)

The copy applies to exemptions whose code is included in the exemption code ranges. If an activity code is entered, only the exemption codes subject to this activity code are copied.

If the exemption code exists in the destination folder, it is overwritten, except if it has an activity code, and this activity code is different from the activity code specified.

  • From (field GDEB)

The copy applies to the grids whose code is included in the grid code ranges. If the grid code exists in the destination folder, it is overwritten.

  • To (field GFIN)

 

  • From (field LDEB)

The copy applies to the variables values of folder level whose date is included in the date ranges. If the folder value exists at the same date in the destination folder, it is overwritten.
If the folder variable does not exist, nothing is copied.

  • To (field LFIN)

 

Options

  • Deletion (field EFFRUB)

This check box is used to delete in the destination folder the headings included in the heading ranges before the copy. The headings of the destination folder not present in the original folder are thus deleted.

If an activity code is entered, the headings subject tot this activity code and the headings with no activity code are deleted.

Parameters

  • General parameters (field PAR)

The copy applies to all the parameter values of the PLA (Payroll plan) chapter.
If the parameter does not exist in the destination folder, nothing is copied.

  • Adjustments (field REG)

The copy applies to the adjustments whose code is included in the adjustment code ranges. If the adjustment code exists in the destination folder, it is overwritten.

  • Loads (field DEC)

The copy applies to codes of charge declarations included in the code ranges. If an activity code is specified, only the declaration codes subject to this activity code are copied.

If the code of charge declaration exists in the destination folder, it is overwritten, except if it has an activity code, and this activity code is different from the activity code specified.

  • Payroll journals (field LIV)

The copy applies to payroll journals whose codes are included in the code ranges. If the payroll journal exists in the destination folder, it is overwritten.

  • Total payroll journals (field LPM)

Criteria

  • From (field REGDEB)

The copy applies to the adjustments whose code is included in the adjustment code ranges. If the adjustment code exists in the destination folder, it is overwritten.

  • To (field REGFIN)

 

  • From (field CHDEB)

The copy applies to codes of charge declarations included in the code ranges. If an activity code is specified, only the declaration codes subject to this activity code are copied.

If the code of charge declaration exists in the destination folder, it is overwritten, except if it has an activity code, and this activity code is different from the activity code specified.

  • To (field CHFIN)

 

  • From (field LIVDEB)

The copy applies to payroll journals whose codes are included in the code ranges. If the payroll journal exists in the destination folder, it is overwritten.

  • To (field LIVFIN)

 

  • From (field LPMDEB)
  • To (field LPMFIN)
