It is necessary to declare the time units used in the different object of the CRM module. The time units are defined in the units function GESTUN. Once a unit is defined with the type time unit, it is displayed by default in this screen.

The time units are used to quantify the Time unit type fields for a Labor type product. For the Labor type products, a minimum of three units must be defined:

  • A unit for the Days
  • A unit for the Hours
  • A unit for the Minutes

The time units are also used in the time stamps in order to evaluate the time spent on a service request. The time defined by a timestamp is expressed in the clearest unit that exists.

The Units and title fields are inaccessible and come from the unit definition setup from the GESTUN function.

Valuation

This field is used to declare whether the unit corresponds to the temporal notion of an hour, minute or day. Any time unit that does not correspond to one of these notions must contain the note Other.

This field is used to activate the units corresponding to the notion of Hour, Minute or Day.

All the other time units that do not correspond to these three notions must carry the note : Other.
