Fields
The following fields are present on this tab :
Block number 1
Specifies the company to which the setup is applied.
If the company is entered, this field is automatically loaded with the legislation to which the company is subjected and cannot be modified.
The reference of the Index and factor table. This reference must be unique for all the companies.
Description for the table.
This field enables the user to define the date that will allow him to identify the coefficient or the index to be applied. It can be the following sections: Purchase date, First use date, Posting date.
This field enables the user to define the nature that will allow him to identify the coefficient or the index to be applied. It can be either Group, or Account code.
This indicator specifies if the table can be exploited or not. The checkbox must be selected to exploit the table.
Grid Coefficients
The month is used to date the factor or the index. If the month is not specified, factors and indexes are regarded as being annual. If the month is entered on a line, it should be entered for all the other lines too. It is necessary to perform a chronological data entry.

This field is used to enter a value for the section selected as the Nature Criterion.Group or Accounting code. This value associated with the year and potentially the month is used to identify the coefficient or index to apply during the revaluation process.
The nature label. This Information is non-editable.
Either a coefficient or an index must be specified for each line in the table. The same information must be defined for a single value of the Nature criterion: coefficient or index. This field is used to enter the value of the coefficient.
Either a coefficient or an index must be specified for each line in the table. The same information must be defined for a single value of the Nature criterion: coefficient or index. This field is used to enter an index. This index enables the determination of the coefficient to apply to each asset to be re-evaluated. This coefficient equals: Actual index / Initial index The index entered can have decimals.

A standard import template is available:
In addition to the generic error messages, the following messages can appear during the entry :
This message appears when the user tries to enter an index when coefficients have already been entered for the other occurrences (year, month) related to the same Nature. For a same nature, the user needs to enter either only coefficients or only indices.
