Presentation

In this screen, you can define in a grid the various minor and major versions of a product, specifying the status linked to this version:  'Active', 'Prototype' or 'Stopped'.
The 'To be activated' status is automatically assigned by the system upon creating a product if the message suggesting to automatically create the major version is validated.

The last version is displayed on the first line at the top of the grid.
Versions with the 'Active' or 'Prototype' status can be put on temporary hold.
For versions with the 'Stopped' status, you can specify which ones are associated with an exception.

It is also possible to link a text or comment to each version number.

The minor versions can be accessed, if they are managed, either in the Actions menu at the start of the line, or via a link at the end of the line.

  • A major version can only be deleted when it is not used and is not associated with a minor version.
  • A minor version can only be deleted when it is not used.
