Free field properties
For each job object: Expenses, Financial assets, Subsidies, Financial leasing contract,Physical elements, free fields are available.
They are used to record additional information to the standard sections of each object.
The free fields available are of different types:
10 fields alpha-numerical controlled by miscellaneous tables.
6 fields of amount type
2 fields of coefficient type
4 fields of date type.
This function is used to personalize these fields: description of each free field retained, associated miscellaneous table, currency...

Screen management
This function contains only one screen allowing the entry of the descriptions personalized as well as the setups belonging to each type of field.
Entry screen
Presentation
The setup is automatically defined for an object and defined potentially for a company. The choice of the company is not mandatory, if no company reference is entered, the setup will by default be applied to all the companies for which no specific setup has been defined.
The user must specify the description and the associated setups of the free fields he wants to use.
A window, available via the right click option On line translation, is used to record the translation of the description; these translations will be used in the case of a multi-language application.
The following additional setups are available for the free fields of theCode andAmount type:

Each free field managed must automatically be checked by a miscellaneous table. It is then required to enter its number.
Free fields of typeCode:
- For each free amount managed of the object Expense, it is then required to specify the associated currency, that can either be of the expense or of the company. For the free amounts of the other objects, the currency automatically corresponds to the currency of the company.
- For each free amount managed of the Financial assets and Expensesobjects, it is possible to specify whether this amount must be distributed or not, during the object split.
The field Short title, is reserved and cannot be entered.

Fields
The following fields are present on this tab :
Block number 1
| It is the company affected by the setup. If the company is not specified, the default setup will apply to all companies without specific setups. |

Codes
| This field is used to specify the title of the "Code" free zone. |
| This field is used to specify the number of the miscellaneous table selected for the control of entered data. |

| This field is used to specify the title of the empty field of "Amount" type. |
| This field is used to specify whether the amount contained in the empty field will be distributed on the different job objects generated during a split. |
Coefficients
| This field is used to specify the title of the empty field of "Coefficient" type. |
Dates
| This field is used to specify the title of the empty field of "Date" type. |
Screen
| Specifies the abbreviation to use by the transaction generating fact, for the "Other info" screen of the job object set up. This data has to be entered only for the default setup of each job object. It can only be entered in a development environment. |
