This function is used for the parameterization and customization of the ATB Point in Time screens.

The ATB Point in Time inquiry is displayed as follows:

  • Principal selection criteria in the header
  • Additional criteria gathered in the at the bottom of the screen
  • ATB Point in Time tab

Via this function, the content of the ATB Point in Time tab can be parameterized.

The header is used to define the inquiry characteristics: code, title and activation flag.

Presentation

This screen makes it is possible to choose from the list of all information that can be displayed for an inquiry type, the information to be presented (these are the columns in the inquiry grid) and their display order.

The calculation of the totals by time bracket can be requested.

Display

The screens defined here can be used for the BP aged balance and ATB Point in Time inquiries.

  • Number of lines (field NBRLIG)

 

  • Number of fixed columns (field NBRCOL)

  • Display comment (field CMT)

 

Grid

  • No. (field NUMLIG)

Current line of the grid.

Enter the description of the relevant record.

This long description is used as a title in screens and reports.

  • Order (field DAC)

Totals

  • Display totals (field TOTFLG)

The screens defined here can be used for the BP aged balance and ATB Point in Time inquiries.

  • Representation (field REPGRA)

Type of representation:

  • Characters
  • Character and/or graph,
  • Graph only.
  • Default graph (field DEFGRA)

Type of default graph used in the inquiry.
A representation in the form of circle charts is prohibited: the negative amounts do not have any sign.

The data in this parameterization tab are only accessible for the BP aged balance screens.

Specific Buttons

It is used to validate the screen by generating the corresponding code. This validation is automatic on creation or modification; the button is thus only really useful when deleting a screen file on the application server, or in the case of a copy from one folder to another (the validation is not in this case carried out automatically in the target folder).

The following fields are included on the window opened through this button :

Block number 1

  • field OBJET

 

  • field CLES

 

Block number 2

  • From folder (field DOSORG)

Use this field to define the folder from which the record will be copied. The possible syntaxes are described in the Dedicated appendix.

  • All folders (field TOUDOS)

Use this option to copy the record to all the folders defined in the dictionary (ADOSSIER table of the current solution).

  • To folder (field DOSDES)

Use this field to define the folder to which the record will be copied. The possible syntaxes are described in the Dedicated appendix.

This button is used to copy the record definition from or to another folder.

This is used to view the screen obtained by the parameterization.

This button is used to view the screen being parameterized in Web mode, after it has been validated.

Error messages

The only error messages are the generic ones.
