If the automatic time stamp management is activated, this function makes it possible to choose criteria to start time stamp and to associate a product. It goes with the List of products for time stamp function.

If time stamp is activated, it is possible to define criteria to start it:

  • product
  • Skills group
  • user
  • Service selected

Fields

The following fields are present on this tab :

Enter the procedure number.
A procedure is a standard series of questions, variable calculations, choice of forms, models, etc. that can be reused.


    Code of the skill group to which time stamp must be applied.

    It corresponds to the connection user code.

    This field indicates the product reference code. It is generated by a sequence number counter (set up in function Sequence number counters) in the case when the product category has a sequence number counter code.

    The reference cannot be modified. It is automaticaly assigned and displayed at product creation end.

    Error messages

    In addition to the generic error messages, the following messages can appear during the entry :

    XXX XX is not a Customer support department employee. Do you confirm the entry?
    This message appears when the entered user is not a Customer support employee. The value of the AUSCRMA parameter must be checked.
