This function is used to list all the ID numbers identifying the labor operators within the company.

These ID numbers are used in the operation tracking functions for work orders.

    Screen management

    The ID number table as a whole is directly entered in a single grid that contains the ID number code, a title, a short title and a labor rate. An ID number can be linked to a Sage X3 user. In that case, during the production tracking, the operator's ID number will be submitted by default in the corresponding area.

    The labor rate can be used to value time tracking based on the value of the OPRRATE general parameter.

    Error messages

    In addition to the generic error messages, the following messages can appear during the entry :

    Code already exists in line NN

    This message is displayed when an attempt is made at entering the same ID number code twice in the table.
