Authorizations

As data is linked to a site, a filter per site can be activated.

Inquiry screens

The screens of this inquiry function can be set up (code SHS) via the corresponding setup function.

The preset screens delivered as standard are the following :

 ALL : Stock history Full

 STD : Stock history Standard

Miscellaneous prerequisites

This inquiry is based on the ITMMVTHIS table. If no movement has been created during a given period, the record corresponding to this period is not present in the table. In this context, the user need to launch the Stock period validation in order to inquire the annual totals.
