Authorizations
An authorization can be granted for this function to limit the processes to a company or a site.
Miscellaneous prerequisite
The general setup MARPURTRK (traceability purge safety margin) is used to impose a maximum purge horizon (defined in number of months): the entry of any date between the current date and this horizon is impossible. This protects the purges request by error for a horizon that is too close. If this setup is not defined or if its value is null, by default it will not be possible to purge the traceability records of less than 60 months.
