Prerequisite

Activity codes

The following activity codes (sorted by type) may have an impact on the way the function operates :

Dependent activity codes

These codes are never entered in folder management, because their value is calculated :

 AUDIT (Audit).

Functional

 ABI : Business intelligence

 ASD : Sdata

 LEG : Multi-legislation management

Sizing

STA : No. of statistical amounts

STT : Number of statistical criteria

Authorizations

This function is object managed. The creation, modification, anddeletion operations can be activated or deactivated for a given user.Filters by rolescan also be associated with this function.

Other prerequisites

The activity code STT is used to define the number of statistical criteria used in the statistics. Its minimum value is 4 but it can be extended up to 8.

The triggering events are pre-defined in the software. In fact, the internal logic of the software plans for the automatic call of an update function using the triggering codes, in order to take the statistics in real time.

It is therefore not possible to create new triggering events that can be used in real time except if a specific/custom program updates them.

Other than the real time updates, a function for the calculation at a later time is used to carryout the updates that are either incremental or of the type recovery. Two new triggering events can be freely defined to manage the statistics of this type.

In addition, it is possible to modify the characteristics of a standard triggering event (for example, adding the linked tables that must be used or even to give different triggering conditions).

Tables used
