The skills radar is a graphical tool used to compare the skills of a selected group with the skills of another group. It is used to:

  • compare the validated skills of an employee with the requested skills for a job or a position,
  • compare the requested skills for two standard jobs,
  • compare the requested skills for two positions,

You can display the average of the skills validated by the employees of the selected standard job.

You can limit the graphical analysis to the key skills.

The average levels validated, as an additional criterion, corresponds to the average of the levels validated by the employees:

  • active,
  • belonging to the first standard job or position selected.
