Employee population update
Use this function to complete the list of employees belonging to a population. All the employees who match the membership rule are added to the population. This utility does not delete the employees who are already assigned to the population.

Define the populations to be updated.

If the Simulation check box is selected, the system traces the list of the new employees entering the population, but the population file is not updated.

Fields
The following fields are present on this tab :

| Select this check box so the contract numbers of the employees (whether they meet the membership rule or not) are automatically populated in the Contracts table. |
| When this box is checked, the operation is not really executed, but only simulated. The resulting detailed trace file describes what would have been performed if the operation had not been executed in this mode. |
