The most used spooler commands are lp -s print on default printer. lp -s -dlpxx print on printer lpxx. local print on a local printer. cat name_file print to a file, with prior deletion of the file cat name_file print to a file, without prior deletion of the file (print at the end of file). =[V]GIMPFAX for a printer of a particular type (fax etc).
