Three address types are available:

By default, the system assigns this tab with the mention At the customer's. If a BP is assigned to the appointment, the address, phone number and email address are the BP's default one. If no BP is specified, the address displayed is that of the first contact entered on the appointment record.

The user is free to declare the appointment as On our premises. In this case, the system displays the default address of the person who created the appointment. If no host is entered, the site's default address is used.

If none of these addresses correspond to the location, the user can select Other. The screen is then cleared to allow the user to enter the actual address of the appointment.
