The meeting report entered in this field must have the same title as the meeting objective summary. It has the same limitation of 250 characters. The entry of a detailed and complete meeting report must be done via the "File-Comment" menu. The addition of the note 'Meeting report' to the start of the text makes it simpler to understand the sense of the text.
