Field help (BAPCCNNUM)

This field is used to identify up to 10 contacts for an appointment. These contacts can be selected either from amongst the contacts associated with a BP or from amongst all the contacts described in the application.

On each line in the contact table, the contact field has the following tools available :

• The first contextual menu named "Selection" makes it possible to select a contact from amongst those having a link to the BP mentioned. If no BP is entered, this function returns nothing.
• The second contextual menu named "Contacts" allows the direct access to the Contact object from which a choice a selection can be performed.
• The third contextual menu named "Select Contact" makes it possible to select a contact from the complete list of all the contacts entered in the application.
