Field help (BPAADD_SQH)

The delivery address is initialised by the default delivery address associated with the customer or by the first delivery address code if there is no default delivery address. If this is a prospect, the default address of the prospect is systematically used (a prospect does not have a delivery address).

The delivery address is modifiable. It must be one of the delivery addresses defined for the customer. For the prospects it must be one of the existing addresses. Morevoer, if the quote is turned into an order, the prospect's address being used will be automatically turned into a delivery address when the prospect becomes a customer.

The delivery address may not be entered on the quote. In that case, from the moment that the quote is considered on an order, the default delivery address will be automatically selected upon order creation.

When the delivery address is modified, the sytem suggest to refill the header fields linked to this address code with the values connected with the new address. These date are: the shippping site, the delivery lead-time and in some cases the sales representatives.

From this field there is the possibility to :

• Selecting an address code, if this is a prospect or a delivery address code if it is a customer.
• To access by tunnel to the delivery address if it is a customer.
• To view and modify the delivery address detail associated with this quote.

If the delivery address is not managed on the line (LINBPD parameter), this address code will be picked up by each line in the quote and cannot be modified. When this is not the case, this address code will be picked up by default on each line, but it cannot be modified.
