Field help (BPVACBPR)

Code checked in the tax rule table and designed to mention the default tax rule associated to the BP.
On the record of this BP, on the BP/Company tab, it is possible to define a different default tax rule by default according to the company. When there is an existing value for a company, it is proposed in priority.
