Field help (BSITYP)

Use this field to select the data type in the field:

Segment ID - used to recognize the beginning of a segment

Field ID - used to recognize the beginning of a field

Data - used to recognize a data field

Constant - used for values that are mandatory for the bank statement import process but are not available in an import file.

Note: A constant is sometimes required when a file format lacks information mandatory for processing the import. Typical examples would be currency code or payment sign. Both values are mandatory in the bank statement import process. If a constant is required, it is entered in the Formula field without quotation marks.
