Field help (CBRVDATDEB)

The entered date ranges are used to filter the budget envelopes having revisions whose start date is included in this period of time (Envelope start date superior or equal to the period start date, and inferior or equal to the period end date).

The start date is initialized by default by the start date of the last fiscal year open.
