Field help (CCMCRPDESC)

Use this field if you do not know the product code.

Type in a short description of the product (maximum 50 characters). A subject matter expert will use your description to trace and enter the correct product code for this requirement.

This field is not available for entry or amendment once a product code has been added to the Product field.

 This change request can only be progressed when the product has been traced and the code defined in the Product field.
