All information stored in the contact record must be relative to the individual independently of any professional or personal relationship. Thus, the E-mail address field must represent either the true personal e-mail address of an individual or the work e-mail address of an individual carrying out a professional role. The professional e-mail address of a salaried employee will be stored in the "Contact" tab of the BP record with whom they have an employer relationship.
