All information stored in the contact record must be relative to the individual independently of any professional or personal relationship. Thus, the cell phone field must represent either the personal telephone of an individual or the office telephone of an individual operating in a professional capacity. The professional cell phone number of a salaried employee will be stored in the "Contact" tab of the BP record with whom they have an employer relationship.
