Calcul of the allocation structure ---------------------------------------
This program is used to run an allocation structure.
After the code of the structure has been defined, 2 date periods need to be entered:

• The allocation period, in other words the period that will be taken into account to calculate the amounts to be distributed.
  
• The period for the calculation of the distribution coefficients (only apply to the distributions calculated based on the amounts or quantities achieved).
  It is possible to generate the entries in "actual" or "simulation" mode. The entries generated in simulation mode will be marked with code REx where x corresponds to the code of the allocation structure.
  The number of generated entries displayed during the control phase is only an approximation if the lines of the structure are dependent from each other.
  Log file
  By answering 'Yes', a log file is used to obtain the list of the journals validated by this processing.
