The distribution screen used to set the distribution parameterization. The selection criteria for the lines to be distributed are specified: - one or more companies - journals generated by a particular user or for all users - the period to be distributed - the journal type that is to be generated and the journal to be used.A document is generated for each company. If the number of lines generated for a document exceeds the maximum number of lines that can be stored in a document, a second document will be generated. A log file is generated if the corresponding box is ticked.
