End date for the forecast frequency.

For example, if the frequency is every two months and the forecast ends at the end of the year: The end date is 31/12/2014. Forecasts are generated on: 28/02/14, 30/04/14, 30/06/14, 31/08/14, 30/10/14 and 31/12/14.
