Field help (CFOSTA)

This field displays the cash forecast status. The possible values are:

Active

The operation is included in the cash forecast management.

Inactive

The system generates a forecast movement (the operation is present in the CFORPT report) but the forecast open item is not generated. This is mainly used to evaluate the impact of an operation without deleting the forecast. 

Modified

This status applies to all manually modified cash forecasts. The forecast movement is then protected and cannot be replaced by a new forecast generation. This mainly applies to the forecasts based on Sage X3 documents such as purchase orders, sales invoices, etc. 

Obsolete

This status applies when the forecast date is earlier than the current date. The forecast open items are no longer generated.

 You can delete the forecast if the status is  Inactive or Obsolete. The cash forecast generating process takes into account the manual cash forecasts and defines the status as Obsolete when the date that has passed.

In creation

• Active: The forecast open items are generated.
• Inactive: The forecast open items are not generated.

In modification

• Active, inactive
  - Modified: An automatic modification when a forecast data is modified.
  - Obsolete: The forecast open items are not generated.
