Field help (CLCBAS1)

Field used to define whether this element must be applied to the ex-tax or tax-incl amount.
If the element is a percentage, it specifies whether the taxes must be calculated before (ex-tax) or after (tax incl.) the percentage has been applied.
If the element is an amount, this field is not accessible and it automatically takes the None value.
