Field help (CLLORITXT) 

This field displays the action at the origin of the call creation. If the phone call has been manually created and if has a marketing origin, it is possible to combine it with a marketing operation in order to load the campaign return statistics. A contextual menu "Marketing operations" is planned for this purpose. If the call has been generated by the call campaign assistant, the campaign and the operation are both qualified and it is not possible to modify them. The 'Generated by call campaign' identifier is used to distinguish the phone calls created manually and those that are created automatically. It is possible to integrate a phone call to be carried out within the framework of a call campaign. However, the phone call must respect the following criteria: 1 - The call must be outgoing. 2 - The call must not be planned with a flexible date. 3 - The marketing campaign must be specified and open. 4 - The marketing operation must be specified and open. 5 - The employee must take part in the selected marketing operation.

Irrespective of the task origin, it is still possible to unlock a posteriori the field from the contextual menu available by a right-click. Once the field can be accessed in entry, the user can modify the origin (values selection from a check list). For example, the fact of assigning an appointment to a marketing campaign is used to load returns statistics of this campaign.
