Field help (CNAACS)

This access code makes it possible to prohibit access to the account for certain users. If this field is assigned, only the users who have this access code in their profile will be able to modify or post this account. According to the rights granted, the following operations will be possible:

• Inquiry: This is used to display the entries posted to this account (the display of the base record is always possible).
• Modification : This allows the modification of the database record.
• Completion: Used to post the entries to this account.
