Field help (CNORENSIH)

This information is only available if the document is created as a credit memo. It is used to specify a reason at the origin of this credit memo. This is informational data that is used to establish statistics. This information is controlled by the miscellaneous table in the Credit memo reasons. Credit memo reason. From this field, you can: 

• select a Reason code from the table,
• create, according to the user's authorizations, a Reason code in the table.
