Field help (CONCOVTYP)

This column is used to define the list of the equipment located at the customer concerned by the contract. For each equipment, it is possible to describe the services and their coverage conditions given by the contract.

This function is only accessible if the field "all products" of the service contract is not ticked.

This column is used to enter two types of coverage.

Coverage by serial number: (Base).

This coverage type is used to define the coverage of the serial number contract by serial number located at the customer.

The selection is made among the list of the specific equipment base of the customer.

Coverage according to product reference: (Product).

This type of coverage is used to cover from a single entry line all the numbers that share the same product reference.
