Field help (CONMINCOV)

This part of the window is used to enter restrictions related to the nature of the services taken into account FOR EACH PRODUCT COVERAGE. If no service is entered for a product coverage, this means that all service types are taken into account without excess.

The column "Minimun coverage" is used to enter a minimum excess for the management of a certain type of service. If the global cost of an intervention is lower to the specified amount, the committed charge amount will be charged to the customer. In case of the specified amount overrun, each activity field can decide -according to its practices- to invoice or not the excess. (In the latter case, this is a kind of intervention threshold).
