This field is used to indicate the event at the origin of the service contract creation.
A service contract can either be created manually, or generated from the sales entry record.
The different origins possible are therefore:
- Manual creation
- Sales order
- Validation of a sales shipment
- Validation of a sales invoice
- Warranty request
- Duplication of a service contract
- Credit of tokens
The accumulation of token credit can either come from the creation of a sales order or from a
direct invoice or from the entry of a manual addition of tokens in a customer record.
