Field help (CONPBLGRP2)

This column is used to enter all the LEVELS of the skill groups taken into account by the contract.

The term LEVEL indicates that all the daughter groups in a skills group are taken into account

if this latter is included in the skills coverage.

In other words, if only the totalities of the generic groups have been entered in this function

, the result will be equivalent to that of ticking the option "All skills".

A contextual menu "Financial coverage" is used to apply the coverage rules belonging to

each skill.

A contextual menu "Cross reference with the customer base" is used to open the window for the definition of the cross referenced coverages.
