Field help (CPTDSPSCT)

The sectorial distribution setup screen a posteriori to choose:

- the accounts to be distributed and the amount percentage to be distributed.

- a sector to be distributed

- the distribution type: fixed or calculated

In fixed distribution, it is necessary to indicate in the "Destination" grid the sectors (activity or geography) on which to distribute the amounts.

The "Distribution accounts" field is automatically greyed-out.

In calculated distribution, it is necessary to indicate in the "Distribution accounts" field the accounts that will serve in the percentage calculation, pro-rata for each amount.

The "Destination" grid is automatically greyed out.

The unused sector field is automatically greyed-out.

"Wildcards" can be used in the "Accounts" field;

-421(1) : all the accounts starting with 421 except 4211

-121-125 : all the accounts between 121 and 125

The "Accounts" field accepts a list of account roots, separated by spaces.

"Wildcards" can be used in the "Activity" and "Geography" fields;

-AB* : describes all the sctors whose name starts with "AB"

The "Activity" and "Geography" fields accept a list of sector roots, separated by spaces.
