This program is used to validate permanently the journals meeting the following criteria.
The journals validated permanently cannot be modified anymore, except:

• The titles.
  
• The analytical information.
  
• The additional information.
  Log file
  By answering 'Yes', a log file is used to obtain the list of the journals validated by this processing.
