In the creation of a new fiscal year, the 'Yes/no' column is used to create a new fiscal year for the current company.

This leads to the generation of the periods for the fiscal year created. The status of these periods can be viewed by journal.

In the case of the opening of a fiscal year, the 'Yes/no' column is used to mark the fiscal years as "Open".
