Field help (CRIAFF)

The display criteria are defined by the user who associates a code, of alphanumerical type over 1 to 10 characters, to a group of general accounts, identified by a common root.

The synthesis level of the returned information is dependent on the number of characters of the root: if the balance sheet code "AA" is associated with the account root "6", the balances of all the general accounts whose number starts with "6" will be totalled under the code "AA". In this way, depending on the requested detail level, the user will use a root of type "601" (3 numbers) or "6011" rather than root "6".

The assignment priority is given to the most complete root: when the code "AA" will have been associated with root "601", the account "601100" may be assigned the balance sheet code "BB", set up on another line of the table.
