Field help (CRITBIA)

This screen defines the criteria for the selection and display of the general or auxiliary sectorial balances.

Selection criteria:

- Company : The company is mandatory and legal.

- Date range:

- Taking into account of all entries irrespective of the sectorial posting Y/N (by default it's Yes).

- Taking into account the entries without sectorial posting Y/N.

- Taking into account the entries again Y/N.

- Taking into account the entries period closure Y/N.

- Taking into account the entries passed to the exceptional accounts Y/N.

Display criteria:

- Display currency for the amounts (mandatory).

All these criteria can be saved by the user under a code XXX on clicking the "Memo" button. To re-display criteria saved under memo code YYY, click on button "Call" and enter YYY. The saved criteria posted

saved under the memo code STD will be pre-loaded when the user enters the function.
