Selection criteria:
- Company/Site: the company is compulsory.
- Date range.
- Other optional criteria: entry currency, journal, document type, letter, reference.
- Taking into account matched entries (capital letters) or unmatched(small or empty), or matched and unmatched.
- Taking into account the entries again Y/N.
- Taking into account the entries period closure Y/N.
- Taking into account the entries period simulation Y/N.
- The header, line and analytic criteria indicate if additional selection criteria have been defined via the "Header", "Line" and "Analytic" buttons in the journal header data, journal lines or analytical data these contain.
Display criteria:
- Entrie display order in the grid by entry date or match or due date.
- A screen code (optional) that refers to the set up inquiry screens. These screens namely define the columns to be displayed in the inquiry table.
All these criteria can be saved by the user under a code XXX by clicking on the "Memo" button. To re-display criteria saved under memo code YYY, click on button "Call" and enter YYY. The criteria saved under memo code STD will be pre-loaded when the user enters the function.
