Field help (CRITSEC) 

In this screen, define the selection and display criteria for the analytical entries to be viewed.
 
Selection criteria:
- Company/Site: the company is compulsory.
- Date range.
- Other optional criteria: entry currency, associated analytical nature, general account.
- Taking into account the carry-forward entries Y/N.
- Taking into account the closing entries Y/N.
- Taking into account the active simulation entries Y/N.
- The header, line and analytic criteria indicate if additional selection criteria have been defined via the Header, Line and Analytical buttons in the journal header data, journal lines or analytical data these contain.
 
Display criteria:
- Display order of analytical entries in the grid by entry date, or by journal type and number, or by nature and analytical dimension order.
- The Sort field (optional) can only be accessed when an analytical sort is chosen. It is used to select the dimension(s) that the sort will apply to.
- A screen code (optional). Linked the set up inquiry screens. These screens namely define the columns to be displayed in the inquiry table.
 
All these criteria can be saved by the user under a code XXX by clicking on the Memo button. To re-display criteria saved under memo code YYY, click on button Recall and enter YYY. The criteria saved under memo code STD will be pre-loaded when the user enters the function.
