Field help (CRMSEADEF)

This field is used to automatically load all the tabs on the basis of usual criteria when accessing the workbench.

The default search uses the following criteria:

The start date is always set to the current date.

The end date is always set to to the current date plus one week.

The default sales representative is always the current user.

To view the activity of another sales representative, or in order to modify the suggested period, the "Default search" field must be de-selected. All the header fields are then accessible for modification. Once the new criteria have been entered, clicking on the "Search" button is necessary to obtain the new requested list.
