Field help (CSTSAI)

For the cost direct updates, the grid displays a column by cost type whereas the left list browser only contains the standard costs.
Each column contains 8 lines predefined corresponding to the cost components.
The lines Total without Overheads and Total with Overheads are calculated (non enterable).
The detail of each cost record is accessible by contextual menu.
