This field is dedicated to the Portuguese legislation.
This field is only available when the PCOM - Social security communication activity code is active.

For a new contract, you have to enter manually the contract modality.
For existing contracts, use the UTI009131 process to populate this field automatically with the contract modality.

The contract modality depends on the values of the Type and Job type fields on the employee contract as listed below:
